ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
What systems are your notebooks compatible with?
Most of our notebooks are system-neutral — they work for D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, Daggerheart, Call of Cthulhu, and any tabletop RPG with similar mechanics. Where a specific system is referenced, the product page will say so. Our 5e-compatible products use SRD 5.1 structure under Creative Commons license, with full attribution on our Credits page.
What paper do you use?
Premium paper, cream-tinted, suitable for fountain pens, gel pens, pencil, and most markers. Heavy marker strokes may show through; test on the back page first.
How big are the notebooks?
Premium tier (Lorekeeper Hero, Cartographer, Spellbook, Bestiary): 5.75" × 8" hardcover, 150 pages.
Volume tier (Companion, Pocket Log, Notekeeper Daily): 5" × 7" hardcover, 128 pages.
How are the notebooks bound?
Casewrap binding (fully wraparound design printed on the case). Premium hardcover construction. Pages are sewn into the casebind for durability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — most products ship internationally via our production partners. International shipping costs and times vary by destination.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
When will my order ship?
Production: 5-7 business days for standard products. Shipping: 3-5 business days domestic (US), 7-21 business days international.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order ships from our production partner. If you don't see it after 7 business days, check your spam folder or email us.
Digital downloads — when do I get them?
Immediately. Files appear in your Shopify account confirmation page and email the moment payment processes.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What if my notebook arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement, no questions asked. Keep the damaged one — no need to ship it back.
What if there's a printing defect?
Same — free replacement, photo proof required, no return shipping.
What if I change my mind?
Because each notebook is custom-made to order, we don't accept generic returns once production has begun. Cancellations possible only within ~2-3 hours of order placement (before production starts).
Are digital downloads refundable?
Due to instant delivery, digital downloads are non-refundable. If you have an issue with the file (corrupted, missing pages), we'll fix it.

No. We are an independent publisher. Our 5e-compatible products use SRD 5.1 content under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license, with full attribution on our Credits page. "Dungeons & Dragons" and related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast; we use them descriptively where necessary but do not imply endorsement.
Where are you based?
The brand operates from the US. Our production partners (Printify with US-based fulfillers) handle manufacturing and shipping to keep timelines fast.
