Standard products ship from our production partner within 5-7 business days of order placement. Each notebook is made to order.

We ship throughout the United States and internationally.

- International: 7-21 business days typical
SHIPPING COSTS
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We pass on our production partner's actual rates — no markup.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking after 10 business days, please email shopcroy2026@gmail.com.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Because every notebook is custom-made to order, we don't accept generic returns or cancellations once production has started.
However, we 100% stand behind our craftsmanship:
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery; we'll send a free replacement.
- Printing defect? Same — free replacement, photo proof.
- Personalization error on our end? Free replacement, no questions asked.
- Lost in shipping? We'll work with the carrier and replace if confirmed lost.
- Cancellation before production starts? Email us within 2-3 hours of placing the order; we can usually cancel.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital downloads (PDFs) are non-refundable due to instant delivery. If you have an issue with the file (corrupted, missing pages, wrong product), we'll fix it.
